Published on 2019-05-08

Dear supporters,

We're so excited about all of the goodness happening this week!

First, this is a reminder that the Whiz World reading is happening TOMORROW, May 9th from 7 to 8:30p at CTRL+SHFT! Join us for an evening with the Whizzes of the Bay Realm for a series of performances and readings from Whiz World Issue 4: HELLMOUTH. Please see our previous post for more information or click here for more details!

You are also cordially invited to join us at CTRL+SHFT on May 11th from 6p to 9p for our official Color Theory release party! This work, edited by Maya Gomez and Vreni Michelini Castillo, Color Theory brings together womxn and gender non-conforming working artists of color from four generations to explore the intersections of race, gender, class and labor in and around art institutions. We are so excited to celebrate this book and all the incredible contributors, especially in such an incredible collective art space! There will be drinks, snacks, art, performances, and friends!

Come help bring this amazing book into the world! We hope to see you there!
