Hey everyone, first off I want to say thank you so much for being supporters, especially since it meant trying out a new, less-popular platform, and that's my segue into the bad news that you probably already know:
Drip will be shutting down in October and the replacement platform, developed by XOXO, has been cancelled.
I'm sorry I haven't been more timely with talking about this.
I don't have some master plan, I'm just going to move to Patreon and try to do a better job there of being good at all this than I was here.
If you paid for any of the novelty tiers at any time, postcards or GarBox, but didn't receive your garbage/postcard, please reach out to me, I probably wrote your address wrong, I feel awful, I want to get that all corrected before the end of August.
On the content front, the following projects are in various stages of actual completion, ranging from "finished script" to "footage has been shot" to "actual editing in progress"
"The Art of Editing and The Snowman"
"The Aesthetic of High Frame Rates, Or Why Does HFR Look So Weird?"
"Oops, I Did A Colonialism in Minecraft!"
That last one was actually supposed to be complete for Friday, which might still happen, but at this moment, 2pm on Wednesday, I'm not sure if that's possible purely because I am leaving Saturday morning for VidCon and I have, for reasons that seem absurd at the moment, decided to drive down to LA from Alberta. This mainly means that I will be functionally gone for two weeks, which means there's a bunch of stuff I need to do around home before I leave. So the already too-long delay following the Fortnite video will probably extend until mid-July, but then I should, in theory, be able to get all three videos complete within a few weeks of each other.
Thank you again for all your support, here's a sleepy Amy
