I'm trying to keep the lights on with my own catering company, food styling and writing for magazines. I have many photo shoots and experiential projects like the Eggcentennial🍳 and Super Nacho Bowl🧀 that don't fall into those categories, too. Creative food-art collaborations keep my menus fresh and my brain popping with new ideas to push food media forward.
