INKTOBER #19 - Line in the Sand (2)

 One of the questions I've been asked a lot since completing work on Triumviratus is "WHAT'S NEXT?" It's a question I'm asking myself too. 

So I thought that, for the rest of October, I'd post a few images from potential projects, all hand-drawn by me (using reference). This will get my head back in the game. 

Feel free to weigh in over the course of the month  if one or more of these projects really gets you fired up. All opinions  will be taken into consideration! 

Without further ado, here's today's potential future project.

Line in the Sand

We've already had a look at Line in the Sand in a previous Inktober post, but as it's this month's featured title for backers, I thought it was worth showing off again. This image is of a character named Damon.

Damon (last name pending) has been Mila’s business associate for nearly five years. He’s a little more open than Mila, but guards his heart closely in most respects.

Although Damon has a deeply romantic soul, he has been savagely wounded by love on more than one occasion. At times, he bears those scars with pride, and at others, he uses them to garner sympathy from whoever will listen to his drunken lamentations.

Sometimes a pragmatist, and at other times a hopeless idealist, Damon is an inscrutable character. Although steadfastly reliable, he is as unpredictable as the shifting Messar sands, and hides just as many mysteries…
